| Jim and his wife, Debbie Neil, of Highlandville, have been married for 26 years. They have 2 daughters, Lacey and Neeley. |

Jim has managed the family farm in Nixa since his father's death when Jim was 15 years old. Jim is an active member of many farm organizations including Missouri Cattlemans Association and Farm Bureau. |
Jim was raised in Christian County, went to Nixa High School, and worked his way through college at Southwest Missouri State University. He has a BS degree in Agricultural Business - Economics.
